FAQ's about W-2's

1. When will W-2's be issued?
W-2's will be in the mail on or before 01/31/2017
2. How can I get my address changed?
You can call or come by and fill out a change of address form at the office, or send us an email

3. Can I get a copy of my most recent check stub to get my taxes done early?
We cannot print any check stubs after 12/16/2016
, however you can access your check stubs on the Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal here
4. Can I pick up my W-2 at your office or can you fax/email it to me?
No, it will be sent to you by mail. We cannot fax/email W-2's.
5. What if I do not receive my W-2?
We will start reissuing W-2's on 02/17/2017
. There will be a $10.00 charge for all reprints.
6.Can I receive my W-2 electronically?
Yes you may elect to receive your W-2 electronically by logging into the ESS Portal.
